Ametek, Inc., Paoli, PA, a manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, acquired Reading Alloys, Robesonia, PA, a privately held niche specialty-metals producer. Reading Alloys, which produces titanium master alloys and engineered metal powders, joins Ametek’s electromechanical group.
