Calvary Industries, Fairfield, OH, provides specialty lubricants, coolants, fluids, cleaners, rust inhibitors and pretreatments to the metalforming industry. The company offers a variety of products as well as custom-formulated solutions.
It will showcase aluminum-forming products, highlighted by its 2290-series products, designed as low/no-VOC replacements for vanishing oils and traditional oil fluids for aluminum stamping and forming. These products do not require washing before assembly, nor fluxing and brazing.
Also showcased: Cal Proof 785-AQ, a water-based rust inhibitor that provides as much as five years of rust-free indoor storage. With no oil and only 0.05 lb. of VOC per gal., this is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional solvent-based products. Dilutable down to 20 percent, it also is a cost-effective alternative.
