Toledo Integrated Systems, Holland, OH, introduces the PWi PressWatch tonnage monitor for press protection and quality control. The PWi can be field-configured for two- or four-channel tonnage monitoring. It offers time- or resolver-based
tonnage signatures displayed on an integrated LCD graphic display. Tonnage signatures can be viewed right at the press without using external hardware or software. Other features include reverse-tonnage display, storage for 100 jobs, and a computer interface for PressNet and TTGraph.

Also on display: the Press Pilot press control, with dual processors that provide the necessary redundancy and control reliability that meets or exceeds ANSI B11.1, OSHA 1910.217 and CAN/CSA-Z142-02 standards.
