Keats Manfuacturing Co., a manufacturer of small metal stampings, wire forms and assemblies, acquired the assets of C.C. Tool & Engineering, Oakland Park, FL, and renamed the firm Keats Coastal Stamping, LLC. Keats also operates plants in Wheeling, IL, and El Paso, TX. The Florida facility is home to 16 presses from 15 to 125 tons.
