Gruppe Georg Kofler acquired 95 percent of the shares of Leifeld Metal Spinning GmbH, Ahlen, Germany, a manufacturer of metal-spinning equipment. Leifeld, which operates in the United States as Leifeld USA Metal Spinning, Colorado Springs, CO, has nearly tripled its revenues since 2004, while its number of employees has doubled.
