PMA Next Generation Member Publishes Leadership Book

Jeanne Lee Swanson, public relations manager for E&E Mfg. Co. and chair of PMA’s Next Generation Leaders Division Planning Committee, has published a “business book for everyone” as part of her graduate work at Walsh College.
King Gemba, Book One, Legends of Leadership, is a business-based guide to identifying organizational leadership and is written in the style of a children’s fairy tale. Jeanne wrote the story because she “believes the principles of leadership transcend age, background and experience level, and should be learned at every stage of life, not just in business school.” The book was influenced by her father Wes Smith’s experiences as the 2007 chairman of the board for PMA and is available for purchase at www.booklocker.com.
