Jacobson Mfg.-Tiffin, LLC, an affiliate of Continental/Midland, Jacobson Mfg., MSD Stamping and Minuteman Distribution, acquired the assets of HTG Tiffin, LLC, Tiffin, OH. The move is described as a natural progression of the strategic alliance between the two firms, which dates back to November 2005. HTG Tiffin is a full-service cold-forming operation with complementary secondary manufacturing machines.
