Minster Acquires Dynamic Feeds, Inc.

The Minster Machine Co., Minster, OH, has acquired the assets of Dynamic Feeds, Inc., High Point, NC, a global supplier of customized material-handling machinery and systems for the metalforming industry, including press feeders, straighteners, coil-handling systems and pallet decoilers.
Minster also hired Dynamic Feeds’ founder, Robert Allred, as general manager of marketing and sales for the automation division, headquartered in Beaufort, SC.
