Hypertherm, Hanover, NH, will exhibit its Powermax45 portable ½-in. plasma-cutting and gouging machine, a single-gas system (air or nitrogen) designed for handheld and mechanized applications. The 37-lb. unit is ideal for HVAC duct cutting, and truck and trailer fabrication, as well as facility and equipment maintenance of all types. A built-in CNC interface and 50:1 voltage divider also make the Powermax45 capable of mechanized cutting of ductwork and other materials to 3⁄8 in. thick.
