Finishing-Equipment Suppliers Join Forces

Two companies that manufacture metal-parts deburring, finishing and cleaning equipment, Almco and KleenTec, Inc., have been combined by the holding company Innovance, Albert Lea, MN, and given a new corporate name—Almco KleenTec, Inc.
Sales, administrative and production activities of the two companies are being combined for efficiency and economy. Almco had previously been acquired by Innovance in 2004.
