Trio of Spring Manufacturers Form JV

The spring-manufacturing business of GR Spring & Stamping Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, has entered into a joint venture with Stumpp, Schuele, & Somappa (SSS) USA Inc., and MultiTech Industries, Inc., Carol Stream, IL. SSS USA Inc., a subsidiary of Stumpp, Schuele & Somappa Pvt. Ltd, the largest spring-manufacturing company in India, will hold a majority position in the new venture, named Stumpp, Schuele, & Somappa Spring & Wire LLC (SSS Spring & Wire LLC), and headquartered in Walker, MI.
