Houghton Sells Off D.A. Stuart Product Portfolio

Houghton Intl., Valley Forge, PA, a provider of specialty chemicals, oils and lubricants, has sold its U.S.-based D.A. Stuart product portfolio for aluminum flat hot rolling to Quaker Chemical Conshohocken, PA. Quaker will expand its current product portfolio by adding D.A. Stuart’s B-Series, Alushield and other aluminum hot-mill rolling oils.
