Rockford Toolcraft Inc., Rockford, IL, promoted Doug Kosch to
kosch
sales manager. The firm designs and builds dies and tooling and performs progressive-die and heavy-gauge
stamping.

Epicor Software Corp., Irvine, CA, a provider of enterprise-business software, has reappointed George Klaus as chairman, president and CEO. He previously served the company as executive chairman, and succeeds Thomas F. Kelly as president and CEO. Epicor offers software for enterprise-resource planning, customer-relationship management and supply-chain management.

Feralloy Corp., Chicago, IL, a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., made the following promotions: Mark Dehl becomes general manager of the Western division; Stephen J. Szcesniak becomes general manager of the St. Louis division; and Paul Hermann is general manager of the Southern region. Feralloy operates six U.S. coil-processing and distribution plants, and seven joint-venture facilities including three in Mexico.

Robot and robotic-automation system provider Motoman Inc., Dayton, OH, hired Thomas J. Schockman as vice president, finance and accounting, and chief financial officer. He succeeds Steve Barhorst, who became the firm’s president and COO in July 2008. Motoman also hired John P. Donlon as vice president, U.S. sales.

Tower Oil & Technology Co., Chicago, IL, appointed Steve Lowery vice president, director of sales. The company is a supplier of metalworking fluids.

Bunting Magnetics Co., Newton, KS, appointed Rick Bigham product manager—magnetic separation.

Metals Supply Co., Ltd., Houston, TX, named John Hess president. The firm, a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., is a distributor of structural steel in the Gulf Coast region, and also exports to Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

United Performance Metals, Hamilton, OH, hired Brian Romans as manager of domestic business development. The firm provides flat-rolled specialty-metal products including stainless steels and nickel and cobalt alloys.

Formtek Group, Inc., Cleveland, OH, appointed Jim Willis regional sales manager for the Southeastern United States. He’ll be responsible for sales of the firm’s metalforming and coil-processing products.
