Eriez Acquires Maker of Filtration and Fluid-Recycling Products

Hydroflow Filtration Systems, Maumee, OH, and the Systems Equipment Division (SED) of fluid-recycling products has been acquired by Eriez, Erie, PA, a manufacturer of liquid and solid material-separation apparatus. Hydro-flow and SED provide standard and custom filtration and fluid-recycling products for the metalworking industry.
