Tool and diemaker, stamper and injection molder Tenere Inc., Dresser, WI, appointed Greg Adams chief executive officer, the company’s third CEO in its 47-yr. history. Tenere operates four manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and Colorado, and participates in a joint-venture operation in China.

Dr. Lars Gruenert is the new president and CEO of TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, CT. He assumes responsibility for all of the firm’s North American subsidiaries and business operations, having previously served as executive vice president of Trumpf GmbH + Co., and CFO of the company’s laser technology/ electronics division.

The Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA), Brecksville, OH, named Michael T. Kobylka, II executive director, having previously served as president and CEO of Racine (WI) Area Manufacturers and Commerce. Kobylka also has held positions with the Cleveland, OH-based Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network (Magnet) and the City of Lorain (OH).

The McGregor Metalworking Companies, Springfield, OH, appointed Tom Wright president, having previously served as plant director of Gestamp Automocion, in Alabama. Wright also has held positions with Lear Corp., Talon Automotive and Tower Automotive. Magnetic Products, Inc., Highland, MI, added Mark Shaffer to its sales team, as regional sales manager for the Western United States and Canada.

Arku Coil Systems, Cincinnati, OH, appointed Nicholas Miller technical director for its U.S. operations. The firm manufactures coil-feeding and sheet-leveling equipment.

Roll-Kraft, Mentor, OH, a manufacturer of roll tooling to the tube and pipe and rollforming industry, hired Sanjay Singh as executive vice president.

Michael Purchase has been appointed president of Anchor Lamina America, Inc., Farmington Hills, MI. He’ll oversee U.S. and China operations. Purchase previously served as president of Kaydon Corp.’s specialty products group. Anchor Lamina manufactures tool, die and mold components.

Metal stamper and fabricator Tella Tool & Manufacturing Co. hired James “Cliff” Stephens as a process engineer at its facility in Lombard, IL. He’ll lead new-product launches and lean-manufacturing and continuous-improvement activities at the plant. Tella Tool also operates a facility in Brownsville, TX.

Dynamatic (Drive Source Intl.), Sturtevant, WI, hired David Stroner as metalforming and stamping sales engineer. The firm manufactures eddy-current drives, brakes and controls.

The Nickel Institute appointed David Butler executive director and general counsel. He’ll work from the institute’s office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
