Superior Die Set, Oak Creek, WI, elected Frank Janiszewski president and chief operating officer. The firm, celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, operates four plants—two in the United States and two in Europe.

Jagemann Stamping Co., Manitowoc, WI, promoted Kurt Zipperer to sales director. The firm manufactures deep-draw and progressive-die stampings, fineblanked parts and plastic/metal components.

IPG Photonics, Oxford, MA, a manufacturer of fiber lasers, announced three senior-management appointments. The firm promoted Trevor Ness to senior vice president worldwide sales and marketing, adding that Ness will continue to supervise the firm’s Asian operations. Also, David Gray was appointed vice president—strategic development and systems solutions; and Yuri Erokhin was appointed vice president—strategic marketing.

Yaskawa America, Inc., Motoman Robotics Division, Dayton, OH, has hired Hiroyuki Nagatsu as senior vice president, global sales team. He will serve as a board member and officer of the Motoman Robotics Division, and manage the robotics company’s relationship with its Asian-American customer.

Nesting, programming and cutting-software manufacturer SigmaTEK Systems, LLC, Cincinnati, OH, appointed James Elmore southwest region sales manager. He’ll oversee customer relations in the states of AZ, CA, HI, NV and UT.

Beckwood Press Co., St. Louis, MO, hired Richard Wilhelm as director of operations. He’ll oversee engineering, production and customer service and support for the manufacturer of hydraulic presses and automated systems.
