Michael Purchase has been appointed president of Anchor Lamina America, Inc., Farmington Hills, MI. He’ll oversee U.S. and China operations. Metal stamper and fabricator Tella Tool & Manufacturing Co. hired James “Cliff” Stephens as a process engineer at its facility in Lombard, IL.
