High-Force Manifold System a Formability Enabler

Hyson Products, Brecksville, OH, introduces the Nitro-Dyne 150-bar manifold system, promising to deliver consistent force for reliable part quality, and low pressure rise for improved part formability and increased press utilization. Three cylinder sizes are available: the MOR 5200, with a contact force of 52 kN; the 7700, with a contact force of 77.3 kN; and the 10700, with a contact force of 106.8 kN. Stroke lengths range from 100 to 250 mm.
