Automated, Digital Material-Order Processing System

Precision Steel Warehouse, Franklin Park, IL, will demonstrate its automated, digital order-processing system, which automatically sends an e-mail notification to customers each time they enter an order into the system. The e-mail contains an actual order-acknowledgement form on each line item ordered, and the status on every order scheduled to ship within the next 30 days. Also available: a shipping-notice e-mail providing the bill of lading documentation, including total weight shipped, number of coils, the purchase-order or part number and a description of the material.
