“Our new wire-EDM machine (a Mitsubishi BA24 model, with a 16.5-in. Z axis) gives us the capacity to do tall EDM parts,” says Bobby McIntire, marketing and sales manager at G&H Diversified Manufacturing L.P. The Houston, TX, contract manufacturer includes on its process resume CNC laser cutting, manual and robotic welding, precision machining and sheetmetal fabrication, and wire-EDM. Its new EDM machine features the PM4 control that allows process automation from rough to finish machining.
