Fuchs Lubricants Co., Harvey, IL, a manufacturer of specialty lubricants and chemicals for metalworking applications, acquired Dylon Industries, Inc., Cleveland, OH.
Dylon manufactures forging compounds and lubricants, and specialty chemicals including greases for forging-press gears and bearings, and die-casting release agents, ceramic cements and release coatings.
