Tumble Blaster Boasts Increased Capacity

LS Industries, Wichita, KS, has expanded its line of rubber-belt tumble blasters to include the 24-cu.-ft. 24RTB model for processing metal parts. The machine can perform deburring, descaling, peening and surface preparation prior to or after other processes. It’s built of ½-in. steel plate and includes replaceable drum heads and
liners, positioned in the cabinet to absorb the brunt of the impact from the abrasives.
The standard blasting machine features an air-operated door; automated cycles can be added to streamline production and minimize labor, as can optional loaders and conveyor systems for continuous operation.
