Exact Metrology, Inc., Algonquin, IL, acquired Berding 3D Scanning, Cincinnati, OH, a provider of reverse-engineering and laser-scanning services. Exact Metrology will continue to offer all of those services, as well as sell, service and implement metrology equipment from several manufacturers. The acquisition gives the firm additional trained field service engineers, facilitating faster customer service for on- and offsite inspections.
