Hill Engineering, Carol Stream, IL, a Formtek company, sold off its gasket tooling division and moved to new facilities. The firm manufactures equipment for rollforming and tube manufacturing, including flying cutoff and punching dies, inline flying saws, pneumatic and hydraulic presses and rotary punching machines.
