Metalformer M A Metal, Edinburgh, IN, hired Rick McConnaughhay as senior director of sales for major accounts. He’ll pursue new avenues of growth for the company, which is a TS16949 certified supplier of Tier Two automotive stampings, components and assemblies, and also serves customers in the appliance, communication, aircraft and electrical sectors.

Trumpf Inc., Farmington, CT, named Larry Johnson district sales representative with responsibility for sales activity in Southern California and Nevada. He’ll report to Al Bohlen, operations manager for the firm’s West Coast Technology Center.

Hypertherm, Hanover, NH, has increased its sales support in Western Canada by moving consumable sales manager Jamie Lowrie to district sales manager for the region. Lowrie, who joins current district sales manager Vince Tucker, will support distributors in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Alberta. Tucker will work with distributors in Southern Alberta and British Columbia.
