Linear Transfer Automation introduces its 7th-generation
front-and-rear-mount servo transfer system, redesigned with an aluminum Z-box design that is lighter and stiffer than previous generations. The lighter, stiffer actuators allow for quicker, smoother payload transfer. Use the systems to turn any style of press, new or old, into a fully programmable transfer press. The unit parks up and out of the way during die change or while running progressive dies, and has fully independent head control and can run many variations of motion profiles. It can easily be adapted to accept takeover or emergency work from another transfer system.
