The steel-processing business segment of Worthington Industries, Columbus, OH, acquired the steel-processing assets of Gibraltar Industries in Cleveland, OH. The acquisition provides Worthington the ability to roll wider and lighter-gauge materials along with performing oscillate slitting. Included in the transaction are the equipment and inventory of the Gibraltar facility in Buffalo, NY, and a warehouse in Detroit, MI.
