S Tech, LLC, Chesterton, IN, has been named the exclusive distributor in the United States and Canada for Gasparini S.p.A., Mirano, Italy. Gasparini manufactures custom rollforming and fabricating lines equipped for punching, drilling, folding, welding, cutting and packaging. It’s also been named the exclusive distributor in North America for Cemsa S.p.A., Milano, Italy, a manufacturer of resistance-welding machines and automation systems.
