PennEngineering, Danboro, PA, a manufacturer of fasteners and fastener-installation presses, acquired QRP, Inc., a manufacturer of quick-release pins for the aerospace, military, automotive and marine industries. The QRP management team remains in place, as will its operations in Leland, NC.
