MW Industries, Inc. (MWI), Logansport, IN, acquired RAF Electronic Hardware, Seymour, CT, a division of R&R Manufacturing Co., Inc. MWI manufactures springs, stampings and fasteners, operates 13 facilities and employs more than 900 people.
