Atlas Steel Associates Form ESOP

Associates working at Atlas Steel Products, Twinsburg, OH, have formed an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and acquired the distributor of steel products from the family of the late Lawrence J. “Bo” Burr.
Atlas employs more than 80 people, most of which joined the ESOP. John Adams, former Atlas chief financial officer, is president and chief executive officer.
