Fuchs Lubricants Co., Harvey, IL, and its parent company, Fuchs Petrolub, AG, have acquired MS Fluid Technologies, Indianapolis, IN. Fuchs manufactures specialty lubricants and chemicals for the metalworking industry. MS Fluid provides synthetic lubricants and cleaning solutions—its product line will enhance Fuchs’ existing line of forming lubricants and cleaning solutions.
