Matenaer Corp., West Bend, WI, a manufacturer of special washers and other stamped, fabricated and CNC machined components, acquired the assets of Service Coatings, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, a rack-dip and spray coater of Dacromet and Geomet zinc-aluminum dispersion coatings.
