Houghton Contracts to Sell One-Step Rust-Protection Coating

Houghton International Inc., Valley Forge, PA, has contracted with Egyptian Coatings Co., Franklin, TN, to sell and market Thermadep, a one-step water-based coating process for parts requiring short-term rust protection or other aesthetic properties. Through this partnership, Houghton, a developer and producer of specialty chemicals, oils and lubricants for metalforming and metalworking applications, will market the patented Thermadep process to its global customer base.
