O’Neal Flat Rolled Metals, Birmingham, AL, has opened a coil-processing and distribution center in Lynchburg, VA, in a 135,000-sq.-ft. warehouse formerly occupied by its sister company, O’Neal Steel. The plant will process carbon and nonferrous light-gauge flat-rolled metal products.
