Mayfran Acquired by Japanese Manufacturer

Cleveland, OH-based Mayfran International has been acquired by Tsubakimoto Chain Co., Osaka, Japan, a manufacturer of industrial chains and power-transmission products. Mayfran manufactures engineered solutions for scrap and coolant management, and material-handling systems for metalworking and other applications.
