Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., Cleveland, OH, has acquired Wayne Trail Technologies, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of automated systems and tooling, including laser-welding systems as well as press-automation equipment, tube-bending machines and related products. Wayne Trail has headquarters and manufacturing operations in Ft. Loramie, OH.
