John Deere Horicon Welcomes New Press-Feed Line

Coe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, MI, has shipped a new press-feed line to John Deere Horicon Works in Wisconsin to handle coil width to 18 in. and coil weight to 10,000 lb. The line can process steel to 1/4 in. thick by 8 in. wide, at 50,000-psi yield strength and attain a roll speed of 80 ft./min. The plant manufactures lawn and garden tractors and lawnmowers.
