LVD, Pullmax Combine Key Operations

Belgium’s LVD Company and Sweden’s Pullmax AB have entered into an agreement to combine sales, service, production and research-and-development efforts, while maintaining their independent corporate identities. Among the agreement’s terms: LVD will manufacture Pullmax punching machines, and Pullmax will represent LVD’s laser-cutting, punching, bending and shearing equipment, as well as its software and mid-range automation products.
