Dayton Progress Acquires Lane Punch

Dayton Progress Corp., Dayton, OH, has acquired the business and assets of Lane Punch Corp., a manufacturer of metal-stamping tools. During 2011, Dayton Progress will transfer all production from Lane Punch’s two plants to its own factories in Ohio, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.
