Big, Fast Blanking Lines Installed in China

The sister company of press builder Stamtec, Inc.—Sumikura/Chin Fong Japan—has provided a pair of blanking lines to Thyssen Krupp China. The lines include Model BL4-800-500-2500 four-point high-speed presses rated at 800 metric tons with 196- by 98-in. bed size. Speed ranges from 20 to 60 strokes/min. Each line also includes a coil-feed line, stock washer, cut-to-length shear, oscillating blanking shear and blank stacker.
