Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., Cleveland, OH, acquired the assets and business of Vernon Tool Co., Ltd., a privately held San Diego,CA, manufacturer of computer-controlled pipe-cutting equipment. Vernon Tool provides equipment used in industrial construction and heavy fabrication for infrastructure and energy-related projects.
