ITW Acquires Yellow Jacket LLP

The assets of Yellow Jacket LLP have been purchased by Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (ITW), and will be combined with the ITW business unit ITW-GaleWrap, Douglasville, GA. Yellow Jacket provides orbital stretch-wrap technology in manual, semiautomatic and automatic machine models. The machines eliminate the need for hand wrapping, banding and strapping to secure loads for shipping.
