Ultra Tech Machinery, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, a builder of metal-cutting and forming equipment and an authorized integrator of Fanuc robotic systems, acquired The Motch & Eichele Co., Eastlake, OH. The Motch & Eichele Co. markets and services metalworking equipment such as laser-machining systems, vertical-machining and turning centers, grinding machines and rotary transfer machines, and services in Ohio, Western Pennslyvania, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan.
