Robot Manufacturer Opens Canadian Subsidiary

German robot manufacturer Kuka Roboter GmbH has formed a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada, Kuka Robotics Canada, Ltd., to provide local sales, service and support to existing customers and work with integrators to provide turnkey systems.
The firm also recently announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Flow International Corp., Kent, WA, developer and manufacturer of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet-machining technology.
