Unist Under New Ownership, Keeps it All in the Family

Lubrication-system manufacturer Unist, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, has transitioned to new ownership, as Chuck Boelkins has purchased the company from his father, Wally. Wally Boelkins had been the company’s sole owner since he acquired the business, then called Uni-Mist, in 1968.
