Hypertherm Acquires Laser-Consumables Manufacturer

Plasma-arc-cutting systems manufacturer Hypertherm, Hanover, NH, has acquired Italy-based ESSE A Srl., a manufacturer of laser consumables and accessories. ESSE A, which will retain its staff of 20 associates in Italy, supplies nozzles, optics, lenses and other accessories.
