Amsco Steel Co., Fort Worth, TX, purchased the assets of Andes Metal Processors, Inc., Lewisville, TX. Amsco, with other locations in San Antonio and Marble Falls, TX, provides flat-rolled steel and structural items, offering slitting, shearing and forming, sawing, edge conditioning, leveling, cut-to-length and other services.
Andes Metal Processors provides slitting, cut-to-length, handling and logistical services for service centers as well as domestic and international steel mills.
